great stay with some room for improvement
The food in the buffet exceeded my expectations, offering a great variety during my stay. I particularly enjoyed the spacious quadrupole room that provided ample space for my family. The pools were well-maintained and provided a perfect spot for relaxation under the sun with a beautiful garden view.
The noise insulation in the rooms could definitely use improvement.

Better noise insulation in rooms would be ideal.

The quadruple room was spacious and clean, which was a big plus for our family. The air conditioning kept things cool, though I wished the WiFi was better. it kept dropping. It could get a bit noisy during the evenings from the entertainment outside, but honestly, we weren’t in there much anyway. pretty comfortable, just some minor annoyances.

The pools were a hit with my kids! 🌊 While the varied food options were decent, I wish they had more daily variety. perfect for a family getaway but cleanliness of the outdoor restrooms could improve.

The pools were a standout feature, especially the one with slides that kept the kids entertained for hours. The family room we stayed in was spacious with a separate bathroom, making it easy for the family to get ready without stepping over each other.
Unfortunately, the air conditioning in our room didn't cool properly, making for an uncomfortable first night. we encountered issues with the mini-fridge not keeping our medications cold. it would have been more reliable if they had better maintenance checks. The food options, while decent, tended to be repetitive over our six-night stay, and we noticed that some recreational activities, like the pool and air hockey tables, were often out of order. Reserving sunbeds early in the morning was also a hassle, as it seemed some guests claimed multiple spots, leaving others scrambling for space later in the day.

Had a great time with friends at this hotel! We loved relaxing by the beach and enjoying the awesome variety of pools. The children's playground was perfect for the little ones, keeping them busy while we soaked up the sun. The staff were super friendly and always helpful.
One downside was the drink quality. some cocktails weren't great, and it felt like we had to pay extra for better options. It would have made the all-inclusive experience much better.
